Believing that I probably had a medial miniscus tear in my left knee, my Active Release Technique (ART - a physical therapy performed while soft tissue is put through a normal range of motion) medical provider recommended I obtain a MRI to confirm. Confirmed by MRI, my orthopedic surgeon, given the lack of arthritis in my knees, recommended I quit running and switch to another form of exercise, since continuing to run with or without surgery would result in the development of arthritis in my left knee. Instead, I sought the umbilical cord stem cell therapy recommended by a fellow runner. Hence, I contacted Stemedix and explained my history and present condition to Sarah, one of their patient care specialists, including my desire to also receive help with recovering from multiple concussions. I was told that stem cell therapy would likely result in healing of the tear and concussions, so I received and signed medical release documents. Stemedix physicians reviewed the Xrays and MRIs and agreed that my injuries were good candidates for stem cell therapy. Thus, I made an appointment and received full details on the recommended treatments. FYI: I was offered two options for injection of stem cells for healing of multiple concussions, through a blood vessel in each nostril or via an epidural. Since an epidural has a small, but nontrivial risk, I asked about the effectiveness of each. Sarah explained that the effectiveness is the same, but the nose limits the size of the dose. My recommended dose fell within the limit of the nose procedure, so my choice was easy, avoid the epidural risk altogether. Subsequently, I paid a deposit and traveled to St. Petersburg, FL for the treatment on 5 December 2022. From the start, the staff of Stemedix was helpful, friendly and professional, including when I forgot to bring the payment check the day of treatment. Following treatment, as they had explained, my knee felt a little worse after the treatment and for the next two to three weeks (just two in my case). Beyond two weeks, the pain I had felt since the July injury, especially while running or sitting disappeared. As permitted, after a month, I started running an easy pace for distances of two to four miles, two or three times per week. I aim to keep it easy for at least 4 months and fairly easy up to 6 months to ensure I allow the healing to remain on track. At this point (3 months), I'm very optimistic that I will make a full recovery--thanks to Stemedix's pioneering treatments and expertise.

Stemmedix has me kinda walking now on my own. I very much didn’t think the stem cells worked for me at first. Then I waited like I was told and now almost 2 months out I am walking and not using my cane. I am still limping but I know I am just going to get stronger.

Sarah stuck with me for 1.5 years while I sorted my multiple issues out.The doctors there reviewed my voluminous medical records.I read and researched and talked to other places.This is the place.I am undiagnosed (because it's rare and difficult) autoimmune.Now, figuring out brain and nerve issues (lipoma).I believe this was all caused by multiple mercury amalgam fillings in my mouth since age 13 (now 57).I hope this helps someone to notice their issues and cause.Hope the stem cells help my connective tissue issues (lupus-like).

One week ago I received the IV treatment from Stemedix. I was first referred to consider the stem cell treatment by my Yoga instructor who like me, had crushed, herniated discs in her back. I have abused my body terribly for over 40 years. Now I’m in my mid 60s and I am in the throws of the beginning of what I perceive to be the horrible precursor of osteoarthritis. I’ve had two shoulder operations, one of them a complete replacement. I’ve herniated my L4 & my L5. I had the ‘minimally Invasive spine surgery’… I don’t recommend it. Because it is anything but minimally invasive.On the day of my treatment my wrists & hands hurt so pervasively I could barely sign the paperwork before I went in to receive the IV at Stemedix. Tamara the PA, was excellent. She was extremely professional but I expected that. What I did not expect is to walk out of there and within six hours have zero pain at ALL, in any of my joints.No stabbing sensations, no throbbing in my shoulders. My lower back has not lite up to the point of giving me nausea whenever that particular affectation occurred.This past week I have practiced yoga every day. Normally, I have to submerge myself in an ice bath to deal with the inflammation that takes place after such an arduous regimen of continuous body heat.I haven’t had to do any of that, but I do so anyway out of habit.I have no pain in any joints and most importantly I can type this out without wincing and pass on this information on to those of you who don’t think they have a choice or a chance at a pain-free life.According to my doctor(s) My only other choice was surgery or opioid use. For an OCD person like myself, that means addiction…No thanks.I can’t say that this is a permanent fix for all of my bodily woes but I can say that this past week has been pain-free without incident & loaded with A great deal of physical activity.For those of you in my similar predicament and I’m assuming if you’re lucky enough to live 10 miles away from Stemedix like myself, this treatment would has been a no-brainer. If I knew the results were going to be this beneficial, the amount of miles to get here are 100% irrelevant. I highly suggest that anyone considering this treatment do the research about Stemidex and read their reviews on Google.

I had an ankle injury in 2018 that required surgery with a plate and multiple screws. I had about 4 months of no walking and zero weight I could put on it. After the healing process was complete I still noticed quite a bit of discomfort. Three different ortho doctors I saw all told me that I had a lot of arthritis and there wasn't much they could do. I still had swelling after a lot of physical activity years later and wanted to see if there's anything else I could try to get out of pain. I started researching about stem cell therapy and found Stemedix. They were local to me so I figured I would give it try. After talking with the staff I decided I would try the Venous Blood PRP injections. It was a single visit and about 2 weeks after my appointment I noticed a considerable amount of relief. In December 2015 I was Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I had mild right side weakness and drop foot. I was always fatigued, and had very little energy. I went into a state of denial and depression. I did not use any medication for MS until February 2018. As a result, my body form three new lesions on my brain. After talking MS medication for 1yr I stopped due to the side effects. In September 2019 I received stem cell therapy with full hopes of a better preventive experience minus the side effects. Three days post stem cell therapy I was full of energy. One week later I was in high spirits, and moving around more frequently. From 2019-2021(August) I wasn’t using any MS medications, and did not have any new lesions. During the Pandemic I was unable to safely travel. I started MS medication that also had side effects. In April 2022 I received stem cells again. I also addressed my right knee. It has been two weeks since my therapy and I feel like a different person. My life went from always in bed to now out and about. My husband have to always remind me to bring my cane. I move around so much better. This will be my regimen every 6months. I enjoy the positive energetic side effects.

Receiving Ozone Therapy as an adjuvant support treatment for Ovarian Cancer at Stemedix, has proven to be an effective and safe way to strengthen my immune system deficiencies in general. It's been two years since the stem cell intrathecal treatment and I have not experienced improvement. However, Stemedix has followed up with a new treatment option that has had success with other patients and offers hope in treating primary progressive multiple sclerosis. I am encouraged that this may possibly address my mobility issues and I am delighted that Stemedix is interested in my progress as a patient.

I have multiple sclerosis with very minor symptoms. My eyes sometimes have trouble focusing for brief moments, I have moments where I have trouble balancing, and I very quickly get dizzy in the heat. My symptoms can be better characterized as annoying inconveniences than lifestyle-altering.For regular treatment, I am currently on the Coimbra Protocol, a high-dose Vitamin D3 and supplement regimen. The treatment has been life-saving as it's kept me from taking harsh pharmaceuticals and stopped progression of my MS. I sought Stemedix as a supplement to my daily treatment and to hopefully regain any lost abilities.After only two weeks on my stem cell treatment, I began to regain a more focused vision. My eyes weren't bouncing around nearly as much or as often, and I could focus. I looked over my shoulder at my young daughter - a movement that typically would strain my vision and cause me to squint just to focus - and I was overjoyed that I didn't have to squint or close one eye like Popeye. She looked back at me confused as to why I was grinning and turning to look at her several times. I just couldn't get over how quickly the stem cells were returning abilities that I had forgotten I'd lost. When the spring and summer return to our area, I'm excited to see how the treatment worked for my heat intolerance and my balance. I'd love to return to riding my bike! In the meantime, I'll take any improvements, no matter how minor, I can get, and I'll definitely credit the treatment.As for Stemedix and Dr. Khan, I cannot recommend them enough. The care coordinators, staff and facility is top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking stem cell treatment. I would also highly encourage anyone to strengthen their treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Overall, the stem cell treatment is one of the best forms of treatment for my MS, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

My appointment at Stemedix flawless. My daughters were picked up at our hotel and taken to the clinic. Someone was there to escort us to the clinic which was nice as we had never been there before. The entire staff were professional and informative.At six weeks I was contacted to see if I had experienced any results. At that time I had not, however I was not discouraged and at10 weeks I noticed a remarkable difference not only in the way I felt but also body movement. Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia had affected my whole body and I hurt from head to toe. We were a bit apprehensive about going to a foreign country to receive Stem Cell treatment. Our worries were completely unnecessary. We were looked after from the moment we arrived at Fort lauderdale Airport to the time we took off back to the UK. The whole experience was very professional and extremely positive. The staff were so friendly and immediately put us at ease. I was essentially debilitated by left hip osteoarthritis. Went to orthopedic doc who x-rayed and told me I needed hip replacement. He called it "major" surgery with 6 weeks downtime and a walker. I've had 2 family members with negative outcomes after the hip surgery. So, I researched stem cell solutions and found Stemedix. Went to Costa Rica for the treatment. I'm at about 90 days. Debilitating sharp pain is gone. Still have some mild aches in the hip, minor, and nothing like before treatment. I was having my wife put on my left foot sock as it hurt too badly to do it. Now I can without pain. Range of motion is improved. As example, I could not reach the bottom of my left foot to wash in shower while standing..now I can.The procedure was less painful than a filling at a dentist. It took about 3 hours. Only one doc and a tech involved. Walked me thru the whole process before. Explained the equipment, everything. Very professional and friendly.As a bonus , I had pain in right knee for over a decade. I never mentioned the knee to Stemedix. In the procedure they split the cells between 2 injections in hip and the rest into blood stream. Knee has not hurt at all since.I personally know one person who died from a hip replacement surgery within the first 24 hours....so I wasn't going to have one without trying stem cell first.Their transport met me at the Airport, very nice lady who drove me and communicated daily. The International hotel was great. There is a huge mall across street with grocery and restaurants. When I first arrived, I walked over to the mall, pain was so great I could hardly cross the street. Day after treatment, I walked over with clearly improved hip and improving more with time.Happy I went. Worked for me....UPDATE 4/27/19...Its been 6 months....Range of motion continues to improve. Most days are zero discomfort. Beats chopping off hip bones any day.

I had stem cell therapy October 4th, 2017 for both COPD and RAFor the first year, there was not a lot of change. Then suddenly, I noted the changes. Could be that the changes were so slow that they went unnoticed.Today, for the COPD I use only one inhalation per day of Trielegy Ellipta, instead of 6 inhalations of Combivent Respimat a day. For the Rheumatoid Arthritis, I receive one shot a month of Cimzia, instead of one shot a week of Enbrel. Note that Medicare pays for the Cimzia, and does not pay for the Enbrel.I feel much better, and at age 80, I get around so much better, I plan to return to the work force. My name is Dwight Messinger and I am an Air Force retiree. I retired in 1983, in 1984 I was diagnosed as a diabetic at that time I was 40 years old Now that I am 76 years of age and totally disabled due to a product called agent orange the results were that I became a type two diabetic . I also ended up with kidney failure deep vein Trumbosis and swelling in the legs high cholesterol high blood pressure just to mention a few . I needed 100% of symptoms which are unrepairable to qualify for 100% VA pension, I have the equivalent of 220% much more than I need. I researched many companies for the last six years who offers stem cell transplant and by far STEMEDIX is the best and most professional . The Stemedix Team based in Miami Florida are the coordinators who guide you medically to assist you inqualifing for the stem cell transplant prosses. My wife Trudy and myself both needed stem cell transplant. We chose to go to Costa Rica for the simple reason that Costa Rica has the most qualified doctors and medical staff presently in the world today . They have the most professional team and staff that I have ever encountered to assist you through every single phase of the transplant process. The whole team from the doctors to the driver who picks you up at the airport speak fluent English not to mention that the cost is about half of what you would pay for the same treatment here in the United States . Now the best part that I want to say is, I have been home a week and a half and I have almost no need for insulin I walk without having my legs swollen and I feel the way as I walk Without stumbling. I can’t wait for my doctor to give me my blood test to see exactly where I stand medically. The best part, as a bonus that I want to mention is the fact that I haven’t hair on my head for over 50 years, yes you guessed it I am growing hair on my head and it is about an eighth of an inch long all over. WONDERFUL!! Everything about the experience with Stemedix was outstanding! We are both nurses and I was looking for stem cell transplants and information related to memory loss-alz disease, etc. I first found a company in Chicago area and contacted them. After one call inquiring about their program and giving a brief medical history-less than 3-4 minutes, I was called the next day saying my wife was accepted! No paperwork sent, no lab work, no actual assessment only a few questions asked. I then found Stemedix and so glad I did. Our experience started with Sarah Day who was wonderful. I talked with Sarah briefly about my wife's medical history, the 11 surgeries in 9 months and some of the issues she was having. Sarah was very sincere and talked with me about the process and that they had an option in Costa Rica that was less expensive. Sarah sent me info and then called to see if I had any questions. She later called me and asked for some medical information so I faxed 66 pages of medical history, tests, scans, etc. A few days later she called and said they had reviewed her records and need some additional lab testing to see what her current medical status was. She emailed me the lab order and told me I could go to a local LabCorp lab in our city and they would fax the results to Sarah. A few days later Sarah called and told us that my wife was accepted for the stem cell transplants and asked when we wanted to schedule the procedure. I told her I would get back with her in a day or so and when I did Sarah gave me several days to see what would work best for us. I called and told them what appointment time was best for us and we got scheduled the week that was best for us. We opted to drive since my wife currently has multiple fractures-lumbar-sacral-pubic bone and right pelvis (all related to chemo and radiation therapy) followed by multiple fxs due to osteoporosis that was accelerated. The multiple surgeries were related to a post op wound infection following insertion of internal and external fixators. We arrived at the Residence Inn which was beautiful and Stemedix already had our suite reserved, etc. That evening Becky showed up to see if we had arrived and if things were ok. The next am my wife had her first HBOT treatment and Becky was there again to see if we made it to the clinic. The HBOT treatments went very well. Becky called several times to check on us. On the pre-op visit, we met both Dr. Balshi and Dr. Khan and they were wonderful with great "bedside" manner. They explained everything asking if we had any questions, etc. The day we showed up at the Stemedix clinic Becky was there to make sure we made it there and that we were doing ok. After Dr. Balshi removed the stem cells, they were taken to their lab for processing. While waiting in the waiting room, Dr. Khan had the nurse come ask if I would like to be there when he put the stem cells into my wife's spinal column. He gave me a mask and did the procedure and was very good asking if she was having pain in her back due to the many fractures she has had over the past 3-4 years. Due to the fact that we were told that my wife should not have caffeine for several days, she got a terrible headache. Dr. Khan sent Becky to Dunkin Donuts to get my wife fresh coffee! How thoughtful! Things went well and weather was beautiful in Delray Beach area in the 72-84 range while our hometown in Indiana was having winter snow and ice storms closing a few bridges in our area. We hated to leave beautiful Florida but finally had to come back. Sarah called me several days later checking on my wife and said she would be calling again in the next week or so and check on my wife. Everything was great and we have nothing but positive comments about the process and the entire team at Stemedix. I have already shared their info with a friend's of my sisters who has MS and is declining medically. My husband was treated for stroke recovery at the Costa Rica location. The entire team was great. We are waiting with great anticipation and fully expect to see some major Gaines from the stem cell procedure.Update: .We are now past the 6 weeks mark and are seeing some breakthrough! Sean is now starting to walk during therapy without his cane. He has more endurance and balance. He also claims to be able to feel more on his left side. It's very exciting!!!

My husband has been suffering from Parkinson's Disease for 10 years. After falling & breaking his neck 11 months ago the symptoms excellerated rapidly. He started Stemedix treatment process 10-22-18 & completed 10-25-18. This is our 3rd day home & tremors have started reducing, violent tremors @ night have stopped the last 2 nights giving him 9 hrs. of sleep each night. Which he hasn't had for 11 months. June 28, 2018On June 20, 2018, I had Stem Cell Transplant/Therapy.There is no cure for Multiple Sclerosis but this SCT has been known to reduce, if not eliminate the symptoms.Because I had a progression of symptoms in the last 7 months, I was on the hunt for something, anything, other than another drug, that I could afford.There are a few, privately owned clinics in the US, Mexico, Costa Rica and Russia, that are doing something different. Stemedix is one of the first clinics to open in the US. They specialize in stem cell treatment and research for degenerative conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, COPD, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and Stroke victims, and Lyme Disease. They take the persons own Stem Cells from adipose (usually abdominal fat). Centrifuge it down, mix the stem cells with your own plasma, and then put those babies back into your body. In my case, they put them back into my body intravenously and intrathecal (into the spinal cord).Because this type of Stem Cell treatment is not FDA approved and there are no clinical trials or data, one has to REALLY go out and do their own research. My entire neurological team was very much against this. And in their defense, they are scientists who follow the studies and clinical trials. And just like everything good in this world, there are bad. There have been clinics that blinded people, taken people’s money (a lot of money!) and there were no positive results. Even my friends who are physicians said, “It’s a scam Joni”, don’t do it! I was very alone unsure of the decision to do this. What if they are right and I'm wrong? What if I spend all this money for nothing? But what if I don't, and my progression of symptoms continue to worsen?My choice to use Stemedix was the best decision I ever have made. Geoff, my MS Buddy had SCT 15 months ago. Geoff was always clear and concise, that he hade made the right choice to use Stemedix for this SCT treatment. He consistently answered my unending questions. When I finally made my decision to do it, he said he was looking forward to welcoming me to 'Team Normal.'It's only been 8 days since my SCT. Within 24 hours, I felt like a fog had been lifted from my brain. Within 48 hours, I walked just over a mile with my husband, which I hadn't been able to do in years. Within 3 days, my heat sensitivity diminished by at least 50%. The last 6 months, I consistently wake up with spastic legs & cramps, at least 3 to 4 times a night. For the last 7 nights in a row now, I have slept all night without waking up once. I’ll never take a good night sleep for granted again.Stemedix tells you that you won't see the full benefits of the SCT for approximately 4-6 months. I added Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy into my treatment. Stemedix recommends the HBOT treatments. This is a ‘dive’ in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for 60 minutes at 2 atmospheres. I had 3 dives before the SCT and 2 the day after. I believe the HBOT makes a huge difference in decreasing the inflammation and helping your body to heal itself. I am seeing improvements much quicker than I could have hoped for, and I believe it’s due to the added HBOT treatments. My hopes are that the SCT will also help with by left eye vision, depth perception, balance and gait. How long will this miracle healing last? Time will tell because we just don't know yet. Would I recommend Stemedix? I was diagnosed with MS back in 2002. Since then I had been slowly declining & had gone through so many medications for this disease to help slow it down but I did not have the good luck that others have had in controlling it. I needed to try something new that I had heard good things about. I was able to cross paths with another fellow that also had MS that had gone to Stemedix & had good results. I went forward with it & I cannot say anything negative about this whole stem cell experience at Stemedix. I recently got treatment from there. The entire staff was caring , knowledgeable & professional. Dr Khan was great, as were Jackie, Bonnie & Fred. The next day after treatment I already noticed a difference for the better. I had stem cell done in 2016 for Multiple Sclerosis at Stemedix. I had recently spent a few months at the Shepherd Center and was in and out of a wheelchair prior to coming to see Dr. Brown. Most days I could not walk, I needed help to do basic functions and was on a huge bag full of pills to try and manage my symptoms. Stem Cell was a game changer for me! It is now 2018 and I have not had a relapse in 2 years (prior to stem cell I was averaging 3-4 relapses a month), my seizures are way down (I've had one in 6 months versus having 2 a day prior to stem cell). My wheelchair is in the basement gathering dust!! I feel and operate like a brand new person. And because of the benefits of stem cells, I am now off of three meds I used to need every day and two other meds I was able to cut the dosage in half. Not only have I regained my life and functionality back, I don't need near as much medicine to help keep my MS stable. All of the staff we interacted with were top professionals, the kindest and most knowledgeable people and helped walk us through the process with ease. I cannot give Dr. Brown and her staff enough praise for the work they are doing and how they treat their patients. I recommend stem cell to everyone I know. This is the future of MS therapy! I would do it again in a heartbeat, and hope to be able to do another stem cell round soon.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone with Stemedix is kind and caring and takes the time to answer all of your questions no matter how long that may take and never make you feel as though you are being rushed or keeping them from doing something else or possibly running behind schedule.I could barely speak prior to my treatment as 1 of the many complications from MS. Within 24 hours of my treatment there had been a 90% improvement in my speech. It is a true miracle. I thank everyone at Stemedix for their kindness and compassion. They truly want to help people. I was diagnosed with MS in 2009. My health spiralled from being a very active 5 day a week gym girl who hiked and jogged nature trails to not being able to walk by 2012. The nerve pain and spasticity was unbearable at times. Once independent, I became a hermit. My body rejected the MS medications and I began to research possibilities for treatment. I decided on stem cells because nothing foreign was being introduced into the body. No surgery or chemo was being used. The biggest gamble was $ if the treatment did not produce desired results. Taking no action could cost me my life. It was pretty much a no brainer for me.I had to make the important decision of which clinic I would go to for treatment. I contacted a Pacific based company and was instantly turned off by the ‘call centre’ environment and conversation background noise. I was straining to hear what was being said and frustrated having to repeat my emotional story due to a chaotic audience. Then I contacted Stemedix and received a call back from their client Care Coordinator Sarah. First I noted there was no background noise and that the conversation was private. She focused on what I was saying and asked her own questions. When I inquired about any information, Sarah was prompt in her response by phone or email.Due to my problem with mobility it was a relief to have help attaining the required medical record needed. The Care Coordinator was able to act on my behalf with a signed consent form. The communication flowed at an effective pace and soon my treatment was scheduled.Stemedix arranged for my accommodations and travel to and from the hotel, clinic and airport. The clinic staff and doctors were very professional and friendly which offers comfort during a trying time. The treatment itself was made easier due to the care and consideration given by attending doctors and staff. There was no down time or recovery period needed so all in all it was an awesome experience. I am in the repair healing stage following my stem cell treatment and the Care Coordinator keeps in contact on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend Stemedix to anyone considering stem cell therapy. I have been dealing with chronic Lyme disease since 1998. I tried all kinds of treatments from antibiotics, I.V. and naturopath etc... My wonderful Dr talked to me about stem cells treatment when I started to look it to it I couldn't afford it so my 2 beautiful daughters started a go fund me page by the grace of God we were able to raise all the funds . I Thank all my family and friends for their generosity and support with out them I wouldn't be able to do it.A huge Thank you to my coordinator Jackie and office staff that there were there to answer all my questions and concern about the procedure.Treating physicians and all his staff were great they all put my husband and I at ease by explaining in words that we could understand. The staff and doctor was helpful and really considerate with my two idiot friends and I. My only issue is with the final results didn't really work for me personally. I have spoken with other clients that have had the same treatment as I did and it worked great for them. I fully believe that my problem is just with my body, not complying with the treatment. The staff is still in constant contact and are genuinely concerned with the treatment not working for me. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and I more than likely will be back for a different stem cell treatment that might work for my condition.

I want to take a moment to express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to have the Stem Cell Treatment thru Stemedix. Everyone in the organization treated me with compassion and kindness. From the day we first spoke all my questions and concerns were answered. My journey began at the Hotel where Stemedix had made the reservation for my family. ( Even my 2 little dogs were accomodated ) No detail was forgotten. Stemedix had my itinerary laid out for me from the orientation, to meeting the Doctor at his office for the consultation, to the actual procedure. All I had to do was show up which made it stress free. The procedure was over before I knew it. Since the procedure 6 weeks ago, I have experienced some wonderful strides with my MS. Stemedix has been a God send. From the very beginning of my stem cell journey Stemedix and their staff was attentive and compassionate. Immediately upon requesting information I was contacted by a coordinator who was with me through the rest of the process. He answered all of my questions and kept in touch all the way, from the application process all the way through post-procedure and beyond. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience.The accommodations at my hotel were perfect and my coordinator even provided transportation to and from the doctor's appointments and day-of procedure. I am very small so that was a concern when it came to actually being able to have the procedure since it requires body fat. Amazingly, the doctor was able to get more than the average number of stem cells from me during the procedure. He put me at ease about my small size and made me feel comfortable during every step of the procedure. The doctor's office was great in every way, from the facilities to the nurses. I having rolling veins which make IVs challenging but the IV nurse was able to get it in on the first try with absolutely no pain! That was truly a blessing. Everyone I dealt with at Stemedix was really skilled and great at what they did.Post-op I was slightly sore from where the fat was extracted but I immediately experienced positive results. I had been living in chronic pain due to muscle flare ups from multiple sclerosis. Upon waking up the first day after the procedure I had no muscle flaring. Since then I have been 95% flare-up free!I would recommend that anyone interested in stem cell therapy contact Stemedix and investigate the procedure and what they have to offer. I know not everyone will get immediate results but my own testimony and the testimony of others I have had the privilege of speaking with is overwhelmingly positive. These cells are a gift from God put right in our own bodies just waiting to go to work at restoring and healing. Believing that I probably had a medial miniscus tear in my left knee, my Active Release Technique (ART - a physical therapy performed while soft tissue is put through a normal range of motion) medical provider recommended I obtain a MRI to confirm. Confirmed by MRI, my orthopedic surgeon, given the lack of arthritis in my knees, recommended I quit running and switch to another form of exercise, since continuing to run with or without surgery would result in the development of arthritis in my left knee. Instead, I sought the umbilical cord stem cell therapy recommended by a fellow runner. Hence, I contacted Stemedix and explained my history and present condition to Sarah, one of their patient care specialists, including my desire to also receive help with recovering from multiple concussions. I was told that stem cell therapy would likely result in healing of the tear and concussions, so I received and signed medical release documents. Stemedix physicians reviewed the Xrays and MRIs and agreed that my injuries were good candidates for stem cell therapy. Thus, I made an appointment and received full details on the recommended treatments. FYI: I was offered two options for injection of stem cells for healing of multiple concussions, through a blood vessel in each nostril or via an epidural. Since an epidural has a small, but nontrivial risk, I asked about the effectiveness of each. Sarah explained that the effectiveness is the same, but the nose limits the size of the dose. My recommended dose fell within the limit of the nose procedure, so my choice was easy, avoid the epidural risk altogether. Subsequently, I paid a deposit and traveled to St. Petersburg, FL for the treatment on 5 December 2022. From the start, the staff of Stemedix was helpful, friendly and professional, including when I forgot to bring the payment check the day of treatment. Following treatment, as they had explained, my knee felt a little worse after the treatment and for the next two to three weeks (just two in my case). Beyond two weeks, the pain I had felt since the July injury, especially while running or sitting disappeared. As permitted, after a month, I started running an easy pace for distances of two to four miles, two or three times per week. I aim to keep it easy for at least 4 months and fairly easy up to 6 months to ensure I allow the healing to remain on track. At this point (3 months), I'm very optimistic that I will make a full recovery--thanks to Stemedix's pioneering treatments and expertise.

Stemmedix has me kinda walking now on my own. I very much didn’t think the stem cells worked for me at first. Then I waited like I was told and now almost 2 months out I am walking and not using my cane. I am still limping but I know I am just going to get stronger.

Sarah stuck with me for 1.5 years while I sorted my multiple issues out.The doctors there reviewed my voluminous medical records.I read and researched and talked to other places.This is the place.I am undiagnosed (because it's rare and difficult) autoimmune.Now, figuring out brain and nerve issues (lipoma).I believe this was all caused by multiple mercury amalgam fillings in my mouth since age 13 (now 57).I hope this helps someone to notice their issues and cause.Hope the stem cells help my connective tissue issues (lupus-like).

One week ago I received the IV treatment from Stemedix. I was first referred to consider the stem cell treatment by my Yoga instructor who like me, had crushed, herniated discs in her back. I have abused my body terribly for over 40 years. Now I’m in my mid 60s and I am in the throws of the beginning of what I perceive to be the horrible precursor of osteoarthritis. I’ve had two shoulder operations, one of them a complete replacement. I’ve herniated my L4 & my L5. I had the ‘minimally Invasive spine surgery’… I don’t recommend it. Because it is anything but minimally invasive.On the day of my treatment my wrists & hands hurt so pervasively I could barely sign the paperwork before I went in to receive the IV at Stemedix. Tamara the PA, was excellent. She was extremely professional but I expected that. What I did not expect is to walk out of there and within six hours have zero pain at ALL, in any of my joints.No stabbing sensations, no throbbing in my shoulders. My lower back has not lite up to the point of giving me nausea whenever that particular affectation occurred.This past week I have practiced yoga every day. Normally, I have to submerge myself in an ice bath to deal with the inflammation that takes place after such an arduous regimen of continuous body heat.I haven’t had to do any of that, but I do so anyway out of habit.I have no pain in any joints and most importantly I can type this out without wincing and pass on this information on to those of you who don’t think they have a choice or a chance at a pain-free life.According to my doctor(s) My only other choice was surgery or opioid use. For an OCD person like myself, that means addiction…No thanks.I can’t say that this is a permanent fix for all of my bodily woes but I can say that this past week has been pain-free without incident & loaded with A great deal of physical activity.For those of you in my similar predicament and I’m assuming if you’re lucky enough to live 10 miles away from Stemedix like myself, this treatment would has been a no-brainer. If I knew the results were going to be this beneficial, the amount of miles to get here are 100% irrelevant. Becky will help Guide you through all their various treatments.I’m very satisfied with my results. I highly suggest that anyone considering this treatment do the research about Stemidex and read their reviews on Google.

I had an ankle injury in 2018 that required surgery with a plate and multiple screws. I had about 4 months of no walking and zero weight I could put on it. After the healing process was complete I still noticed quite a bit of discomfort. Three different ortho doctors I saw all told me that I had a lot of arthritis and there wasn't much they could do. I still had swelling after a lot of physical activity years later and wanted to see if there's anything else I could try to get out of pain. I started researching about stem cell therapy and found Stemedix. They were local to me so I figured I would give it try. After talking with the staff I decided I would try the Venous Blood PRP injections. It was a single visit and about 2 weeks after my appointment I noticed a considerable amount of relief. In December 2015 I was Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I had mild right side weakness and drop foot. I was always fatigued, and had very little energy. I went into a state of denial and depression. I did not use any medication for MS until February 2018. As a result, my body form three new lesions on my brain. After talking MS medication for 1yr I stopped due to the side effects. In September 2019 I received stem cell therapy with full hopes of a better preventive experience minus the side effects. Three days post stem cell therapy I was full of energy. One week later I was in high spirits, and moving around more frequently. From 2019-2021(August) I wasn’t using any MS medications, and did not have any new lesions. During the Pandemic I was unable to safely travel. I started MS medication that also had side effects. In April 2022 I received stem cells again. I also addressed my right knee. It has been two weeks since my therapy and I feel like a different person. My life went from always in bed to now out and about. My husband have to always remind me to bring my cane. I move around so much better. This will be my regimen every 6months. I enjoy the positive energetic side effects.

Receiving Ozone Therapy as an adjuvant support treatment for Ovarian Cancer at Stemedix, has proven to be an effective and safe way to strengthen my immune system deficiencies in general. I have multiple sclerosis with very minor symptoms. My eyes sometimes have trouble focusing for brief moments, I have moments where I have trouble balancing, and I very quickly get dizzy in the heat. My symptoms can be better characterized as annoying inconveniences than lifestyle-altering.For regular treatment, I am currently on the Coimbra Protocol, a high-dose Vitamin D3 and supplement regimen. The treatment has been life-saving as it's kept me from taking harsh pharmaceuticals and stopped progression of my MS. I sought Stemedix as a supplement to my daily treatment and to hopefully regain any lost abilities.After only two weeks on my stem cell treatment, I began to regain a more focused vision. My eyes weren't bouncing around nearly as much or as often, and I could focus. I looked over my shoulder at my young daughter - a movement that typically would strain my vision and cause me to squint just to focus - and I was overjoyed that I didn't have to squint or close one eye like Popeye. She looked back at me confused as to why I was grinning and turning to look at her several times. I just couldn't get over how quickly the stem cells were returning abilities that I had forgotten I'd lost. When the spring and summer return to our area, I'm excited to see how the treatment worked for my heat intolerance and my balance. I'd love to return to riding my bike! In the meantime, I'll take any improvements, no matter how minor, I can get, and I'll definitely credit the treatment.As for Stemedix and Dr. Khan, I cannot recommend them enough. The care coordinators, staff and facility is top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking stem cell treatment. I would also highly encourage anyone to strengthen their treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Overall, the stem cell treatment is one of the best forms of treatment for my MS, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

My appointment at Stemedix flawless. My daughters were picked up at our hotel and taken to the clinic. Someone was there to escort us to the clinic which was nice as we had never been there before. The entire staff were professional and informative.At six weeks I was contacted to see if I had experienced any results. At that time I had not, however I was not discouraged and at10 weeks I noticed a remarkable difference not only in the way I felt but also body movement. Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia had affected my whole body and I hurt from head to toe. We were a bit apprehensive about going to a foreign country to receive Stem Cell treatment. Our worries were completely unnecessary. We were looked after from the moment we arrived at Fort lauderdale Airport to the time we took off back to the UK. The whole experience was very professional and extremely positive. I was essentially debilitated by left hip osteoarthritis. Went to orthopedic doc who x-rayed and told me I needed hip replacement. He called it "major" surgery with 6 weeks downtime and a walker. I've had 2 family members with negative outcomes after the hip surgery. So, I researched stem cell solutions and found Stemedix. Went to Costa Rica for the treatment. I'm at about 90 days. Debilitating sharp pain is gone. Still have some mild aches in the hip, minor, and nothing like before treatment. I was having my wife put on my left foot sock as it hurt too badly to do it. Now I can without pain. Range of motion is improved. As example, I could not reach the bottom of my left foot to wash in shower while standing..now I can.The procedure was less painful than a filling at a dentist. It took about 3 hours. Only one doc and a tech involved. Walked me thru the whole process before. Explained the equipment, everything. Very professional and friendly.As a bonus , I had pain in right knee for over a decade. I never mentioned the knee to Stemedix. In the procedure they split the cells between 2 injections in hip and the rest into blood stream. Knee has not hurt at all since.I personally know one person who died from a hip replacement surgery within the first 24 hours....so I wasn't going to have one without trying stem cell first.Their transport met me at the Airport, very nice lady who drove me and communicated daily. The International hotel was great. There is a huge mall across street with grocery and restaurants. When I first arrived, I walked over to the mall, pain was so great I could hardly cross the street. I had stem cell therapy October 4th, 2017 for both COPD and RAFor the first year, there was not a lot of change. Then suddenly, I noted the changes. Could be that the changes were so slow that they went unnoticed.Today, for the COPD I use only one inhalation per day of Trielegy Ellipta, instead of 6 inhalations of Combivent Respimat a day. For the Rheumatoid Arthritis, I receive one shot a month of Cimzia, instead of one shot a week of Enbrel. Note that Medicare pays for the Cimzia, and does not pay for the Enbrel.I feel much better, and at age 80, I get around so much better, I plan to return to the work force. My name is Dwight Messinger and I am an Air Force retiree. I retired in 1983, in 1984 I was diagnosed as a diabetic at that time I was 40 years old Now that I am 76 years of age and totally disabled due to a product called agent orange the results were that I became a type two diabetic . I also ended up with kidney failure deep vein Trumbosis and swelling in the legs high cholesterol high blood pressure just to mention a few . I needed 100% of symptoms which are unrepairable to qualify for 100% VA pension, I have the equivalent of 220% much more than I need. WONDERFUL!! Everything about the experience with Stemedix was outstanding! We are both nurses and I was looking for stem cell transplants and information related to memory loss-alz disease, etc. I first found a company in Chicago area and contacted them. After one call inquiring about their program and giving a brief medical history-less than 3-4 minutes, I was called the next day saying my wife was accepted! No paperwork sent, no lab work, no actual assessment only a few questions asked. I then found Stemedix and so glad I did. Our experience started with Sarah Day who was wonderful. I talked with Sarah briefly about my wife's medical history, the 11 surgeries in 9 months and some of the issues she was having. Sarah was very sincere and talked with me about the process and that they had an option in Costa Rica that was less expensive. Sarah sent me info and then called to see if I had any questions. She later called me and asked for some medical information so I faxed 66 pages of medical history, tests, scans, etc. A few days later she called and said they had reviewed her records and need some additional lab testing to see what her current medical status was. She emailed me the lab order and told me I could go to a local LabCorp lab in our city and they would fax the results to Sarah. A few days later Sarah called and told us that my wife was accepted for the stem cell transplants and asked when we wanted to schedule the procedure. I told her I would get back with her in a day or so and when I did Sarah gave me several days to see what would work best for us. I called and told them what appointment time was best for us and we got scheduled the week that was best for us. We opted to drive since my wife currently has multiple fractures-lumbar-sacral-pubic bone and right pelvis (all related to chemo and radiation therapy) followed by multiple fxs due to osteoporosis that was accelerated. The multiple surgeries were related to a post op wound infection following insertion of internal and external fixators. We arrived at the Residence Inn which was beautiful and Stemedix already had our suite reserved, etc. That evening Becky showed up to see if we had arrived and if things were ok. The next am my wife had her first HBOT treatment and Becky was there again to see if we made it to the clinic. The HBOT treatments went very well. Becky called several times to check on us. On the pre-op visit, we met both Dr. Balshi and Dr. Khan and they were wonderful with great "bedside" manner. They explained everything asking if we had any questions, etc. The day we showed up at the Stemedix clinic Becky was there to make sure we made it there and that we were doing ok. After Dr. Balshi removed the stem cells, they were taken to their lab for processing. While waiting in the waiting room, Dr. Khan had the nurse come ask if I would like to be there when he put the stem cells into my wife's spinal column. He gave me a mask and did the procedure and was very good asking if she was having pain in her back due to the many fractures she has had over the past 3-4 years. Due to the fact that we were told that my wife should not have caffeine for several days, she got a terrible headache. Dr. Khan sent Becky to Dunkin Donuts to get my wife fresh coffee! How thoughtful! Things went well and weather was beautiful in Delray Beach area in the 72-84 range while our hometown in Indiana was having winter snow and ice storms closing a few bridges in our area. We hated to leave beautiful Florida but finally had to come back. Sarah called me several days later checking on my wife and said she would be calling again in the next week or so and check on my wife. Everything was great and we have nothing but positive comments about the process and the entire team at Stemedix. I have already shared their info with a friend's of my sisters who has MS and is declining medically. June 28, 2018On June 20, 2018, I had Stem Cell Transplant/Therapy.There is no cure for Multiple Sclerosis but this SCT has been known to reduce, if not eliminate the symptoms.Because I had a progression of symptoms in the last 7 months, I was on the hunt for something, anything, other than another drug, that I could afford.There are a few, privately owned clinics in the US, Mexico, Costa Rica and Russia, that are doing something different. Stemedix is one of the first clinics to open in the US. They specialize in stem cell treatment and research for degenerative conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, COPD, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and Stroke victims, and Lyme Disease. They take the persons own Stem Cells from adipose (usually abdominal fat). Centrifuge it down, mix the stem cells with your own plasma, and then put those babies back into your body. In my case, they put them back into my body intravenously and intrathecal (into the spinal cord).Because this type of Stem Cell treatment is not FDA approved and there are no clinical trials or data, one has to REALLY go out and do their own research. My entire neurological team was very much against this. And in their defense, they are scientists who follow the studies and clinical trials. And just like everything good in this world, there are bad. There have been clinics that blinded people, taken people’s money (a lot of money!) and there were no positive results. Even my friends who are physicians said, “It’s a scam Joni”, don’t do it! I was very alone unsure of the decision to do this. What if they are right and I'm wrong? What if I spend all this money for nothing? But what if I don't, and my progression of symptoms continue to worsen?My choice to use Stemedix was the best decision I ever have made. Geoff, my MS Buddy had SCT 15 months ago. Geoff was always clear and concise, that he hade made the right choice to use Stemedix for this SCT treatment. He consistently answered my unending questions. When I finally made my decision to do it, he said he was looking forward to welcoming me to 'Team Normal.'It's only been 8 days since my SCT. Within 24 hours, I felt like a fog had been lifted from my brain. Within 48 hours, I walked just over a mile with my husband, which I hadn't been able to do in years. Within 3 days, my heat sensitivity diminished by at least 50%. The last 6 months, I consistently wake up with spastic legs & cramps, at least 3 to 4 times a night. For the last 7 nights in a row now, I have slept all night without waking up once. I’ll never take a good night sleep for granted again.Stemedix tells you that you won't see the full benefits of the SCT for approximately 4-6 months. I added Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy into my treatment. Stemedix recommends the HBOT treatments. This is a ‘dive’ in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for 60 minutes at 2 atmospheres. I had 3 dives before the SCT and 2 the day after. I believe the HBOT makes a huge difference in decreasing the inflammation and helping your body to heal itself. I am seeing improvements much quicker than I could have hoped for, and I believe it’s due to the added HBOT treatments. My hopes are that the SCT will also help with by left eye vision, depth perception, balance and gait. How long will this miracle healing last? Time will tell because we just don't know yet. I was diagnosed with MS back in 2002. Since then I had been slowly declining & had gone through so many medications for this disease to help slow it down but I did not have the good luck that others have had in controlling it. I needed to try something new that I had heard good things about. I was able to cross paths with another fellow that also had MS that had gone to Stemedix & had good results. I went forward with it & I cannot say anything negative about this whole stem cell experience at Stemedix. I recently got treatment from there. The entire staff was caring , knowledgeable & professional. Dr Khan was great, as were Jackie, Bonnie & Fred. The next day after treatment I already noticed a difference for the better. I had stem cell done in 2016 for Multiple Sclerosis at Stemedix. I had recently spent a few months at the Shepherd Center and was in and out of a wheelchair prior to coming to see Dr. Brown. Most days I could not walk, I needed help to do basic functions and was on a huge bag full of pills to try and manage my symptoms. Stem Cell was a game changer for me! It is now 2018 and I have not had a relapse in 2 years (prior to stem cell I was averaging 3-4 relapses a month), my seizures are way down (I've had one in 6 months versus having 2 a day prior to stem cell). My wheelchair is in the basement gathering dust!! I feel and operate like a brand new person. And because of the benefits of stem cells, I am now off of three meds I used to need every day and two other meds I was able to cut the dosage in half. Not only have I regained my life and functionality back, I don't need near as much medicine to help keep my MS stable. All of the staff we interacted with were top professionals, the kindest and most knowledgeable people and helped walk us through the process with ease. I cannot give Dr. Brown and her staff enough praise for the work they are doing and how they treat their patients. I recommend stem cell to everyone I know. This is the future of MS therapy! I would do it again in a heartbeat, and hope to be able to do another stem cell round soon.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was diagnosed with MS in 2009. My health spiralled from being a very active 5 day a week gym girl who hiked and jogged nature trails to not being able to walk by 2012. The nerve pain and spasticity was unbearable at times. Once independent, I became a hermit. My body rejected the MS medications and I began to research possibilities for treatment. I decided on stem cells because nothing foreign was being introduced into the body. No surgery or chemo was being used. The biggest gamble was $ if the treatment did not produce desired results. Taking no action could cost me my life. It was pretty much a no brainer for me.I had to make the important decision of which clinic I would go to for treatment. I contacted a Pacific based company and was instantly turned off by the ‘call centre’ environment and conversation background noise. I was straining to hear what was being said and frustrated having to repeat my emotional story due to a chaotic audience. Then I contacted Stemedix and received a call back from their client Care Coordinator Sarah. First I noted there was no background noise and that the conversation was private. She focused on what I was saying and asked her own questions. When I inquired about any information, Sarah was prompt in her response by phone or email.Due to my problem with mobility it was a relief to have help attaining the required medical record needed. The Care Coordinator was able to act on my behalf with a signed consent form. The communication flowed at an effective pace and soon my treatment was scheduled.Stemedix arranged for my accommodations and travel to and from the hotel, clinic and airport. The clinic staff and doctors were very professional and friendly which offers comfort during a trying time. The treatment itself was made easier due to the care and consideration given by attending doctors and staff. There was no down time or recovery period needed so all in all it was an awesome experience. I have been dealing with chronic Lyme disease since 1998. I tried all kinds of treatments from antibiotics, I.V. and naturopath etc... My wonderful Dr talked to me about stem cells treatment when I started to look it to it I couldn't afford it so my 2 beautiful daughters started a go fund me page by the grace of God we were able to raise all the funds . The staff and doctor was helpful and really considerate with my two idiot friends and I. My only issue is with the final results didn't really work for me personally. I have spoken with other clients that have had the same treatment as I did and it worked great for them. I fully believe that my problem is just with my body, not complying with the treatment. The staff is still in constant contact and are genuinely concerned with the treatment not working for me. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and I more than likely will be back for a different stem cell treatment that might work for my condition.

Stemedix has been a God send. From the very beginning of my stem cell journey Stemedix and their staff was attentive and compassionate. Immediately upon requesting information I was contacted by a coordinator who was with me through the rest of the process. He answered all of my questions and kept in touch all the way, from the application process all the way through post-procedure and beyond. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience.The accommodations at my hotel were perfect and my coordinator even provided transportation to and from the doctor's appointments and day-of procedure. I am very small so that was a concern when it came to actually being able to have the procedure since it requires body fat. Amazingly, the doctor was able to get more than the average number of stem cells from me during the procedure. He put me at ease about my small size and made me feel comfortable during every step of the procedure. The doctor's office was great in every way, from the facilities to the nurses. I having rolling veins which make IVs challenging but the IV nurse was able to get it in on the first try with absolutely no pain! That was truly a blessing. Everyone I dealt with at Stemedix was really skilled and great at what they did.Post-op I was slightly sore from where the fat was extracted but I immediately experienced positive results. I had been living in chronic pain due to muscle flare ups from multiple sclerosis. Upon waking up the first day after the procedure I had no muscle flaring. Since then I have been 95% flare-up free!I would recommend that anyone interested in stem cell therapy contact Stemedix and investigate the procedure and what they have to offer.
